| Advanced Training Insurance Producer Systems (Advanced TIPS™) |
Description:
- Advanced TIPS™ is a follow-up to TIPS™ and combines classroom instruction with real-life application for a powerful training course that will motivate senior producers to sell better than they ever have before.
Participants Will Learn:
- Professional sales techniques with specific skills, researched and developed by Harvard University, to help them open doors with customers.
- Evolving trends in insurnace solutions, and how to present specialty coverages to clients in a way that doesn't overwhelm them - finding the time to sell.
- Presentation polishing techniques to enable producers to put their best foot forward. Specific skills for presenting to a board of directors versus a small group or an entrepreneur.
In a Real-Life Application, Producers Will:
- Use the corporate background and financial statements of an actual, live company to put together a portfolio of coverages to present to company managers.
- Discuss appropriate sales techniques to use for their presentation.
- Present an actual proposal to managers of the real life company in competition with fellow classmates for a chance to have their presentation picked as the best overall presentation (as if the company were to select their brokerage for coverage).
- Learn by watching themselves present - recorded presentations for immediate feedback.
- Receive pointers on areas for improvement and validation for successfully using new skills.
Interactive:
- Through brain based accelerated learning techniques, participants use the information every 30 minutes,
ensuring that everyone has a chance to use the methods introduced. The participants are involved in group,
and individual activities as their skills increase.
Practical Application:
- Adult education is only valuable when it can make a difference on the job the next day. Our unique
homework plan can ensure that participants will think about the material for weeks.
Format:
- Training will take place on the premises of the client or another location selected.
Fees:
- Our fees for training services are billed at $150 per student per day, subject to a minimum fee of
$2,500 per day plus out-of-pocket expenses, including airfare, hotel, transportation and training
facilities.
