| Training Insurance Producer Systems (TIPS™) |
Description:
- TIPS™ is interactive accelerated sales, technical and E&O avoidance training for producers. The training is for all brokers who desire to grow organically and who require related sales training.
Participants Will Learn:
- Technical abilities and how to improve closing ratios.
- To recognize and understand at least ten different types of coverage including: contents, equipment, customer's goods, boiler and machinery and business interruption.
- How to gather all the underwriting information necessary for ensuring the best possible quote from insurance companies.
- The most effective way to gather information from clients.
- How to develop multi-layered communication within companies to eliminate stress for clients.
- Sales techniques and build confidence ensuring their ability to meet and work with clients.
- To make requesting referrals the easiest part of any sales or service visit.
- Required documentation including checklists, proposal formats, service contracts for clients and procedure manuals.
- The benefits of key coverages, the limitations, how to set limits and the right vocabulary to use with clients.
- To appropriately select and explain coverage benefits to clients and to identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell.
- To be comfortable in sales calls and present a polished proposal absent of E&O mistakes.
This interactive, fast-paced program provides complete integration of technical training, sales training, E&O avoidance and underwriting guidelines to ensure individuals return to their office ready-to-work.
Interactive:
- Through brain based accelerated learning techniques, participants use the information every 30 minutes,
ensuring that everyone has a chance to use the methods introduced. The participants are involved in group,
and individual activities as their skills increase.
Practical Application:
- Adult education is only valuable when it can make a difference on the job the next day. Our unique
homework plan can ensure that participants will think about the material for weeks.
Format:
- Training will take place on the premises of the client or another location selected. Participants are to complete a SalesPro aptitude profile prior to attending the program.
Fees:
- Our fees for training services are billed at $150 per student per day, subject to a minimum fee of
$2,500 per day plus out-of-pocket expenses, including airfare, hotel, transportation and training
facilities.
