Description:
- Brokerage owners will understand the importance of communicating goals effectively to staff and sharing results. Good leaders must understand that their every move and action speaks to staff, with a direct effect on productivity. The goal of this session is to help executives articulate their Vision in a way that the staff can understand and support. The importance of the "Triple Bottom Line" will be addressed.

- How to avoid errors and omissions.
- To develop an effective Vision statement.
- How to leverage busines relationships into strategic partnerships.

- 360-degree evaluations, what they are and why they work.
- Avoiding crisis management.
- The skill of dialogue with colleges and underwriters.
- Coaching/mentoring, the skill and how to develop it.
- Meet an underwriter and see how you can jointly save time.
- Chaos theory and the benefits it can offer.
- How to anticipate change.
- Building effective training for the future.
- Recruiting for the future.
- Understanding the benefits of psychometric testing.
- Gaining an introduction to Principled Negotiation.
- Meeting an underwriter and showing them why you're special.
- How to develop profitable growth.
- Risk management processes.
Interactive:
- Through brain based accelerated learning techniques, participants use the information every 30 minutes,
ensuring that everyone has a chance to use the methods introduced. The participants are involved in group,
and individual activities as their skills increase.
Practical Application:
- Adult education is only valuable when it can make a difference on the job the next day. Our unique
homework plan can ensure that participants will think about the material for weeks.
Format:
- Training will take place on the premises of the client or another location selected.
Fees:
- Our fees for training services are billed at $150 per student per day, subject to a minimum fee of
$2,500 per day plus out-of-pocket expenses, including airfare, hotel, transportation and training
facilities.
