Bruce Cartwright, FCIP
Bruce is currently assisting brokers with sales and service training, business planning, and hands-on
operations management. Bruce has a wealth of industry experience. He is currently a Partner and
Director at P & D Insurance, and has served as the former President of Dale & Morrow Insurance Limited
and the former Vice-President of Commercial Lines at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company of Canada. He has
his FCIP designation, and has completed and implemented the Fireman's Fund Operations Management
Program. He volunteers his time at the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario as a member of various
committees, including the Discipline Committee, and teaches the "Advanced Broker Management" course for
the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario. He is the Chief Invigilator for The Insurance Institute of
Canada.
