This interactive, fast paced program provides complete integration of technical training, sales training, E&O avoidance and underwriting guidelines to ensure individuals return to their office ready-to-work.
For Brokers TIPS™ can:
- Develop new commercial lines producers within weeks.

identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell.
- Give all participants ample opportunity to practice their new techniques so they can be comfortable in sales calls and present a polished proposal absent of E&O mistakes.
- Evaluate producer sales and technical skills using Underwriters and Experienced Producers
in a final presentation/exam day.
